Refund policy

At Red Rock Spas, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund guidelines before placing your order.

General Returns

Most unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Item must include all original parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.


Chemicals & Water Care Products

For safety and contamination reasons, chemicals, water care products, test strips, and other consumable items are non-returnable once opened.

Unopened chemical products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.


Filters, Parts & Accessories

Filters, spa parts, covers, and accessories may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Installed, used, or water-exposed items are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering.


Hot Tubs, Swim Spas & Saunas

Hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, saunas, and other large specialty products are considered special-order items and may not be eligible for return once ordered, processed, or delivered.

Cancellation fees, restocking fees, delivery fees, and manufacturer charges may apply.

Please contact us directly before purchasing if you have questions regarding sizing, electrical requirements, access, installation, or product specifications.


Shipping Damage

Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  • Note the damage with the delivery driver
  • Take photos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.


Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to processing or restocking fees depending on the product ordered.

Custom orders and special-order products may not be cancelable once submitted to the manufacturer.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
