Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Some products may require additional processing time due to:

  • freight scheduling
  • special ordering
  • seasonal demand
  • inventory transfers between locations

Customers will be contacted if significant delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship products using a variety of carriers depending on product size and destination, including:

  • LTL freight carriers
  • manufacturer direct shipment services

Shipping method selection is determined by:

3. Large Freight Deliveries

Hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and other oversized items are typically shipped via freight carrier or delivered directly by Red Rock Spas where available.

Freight deliveries may require:

  • scheduled appointments
  • customer presence during delivery
  • special site access
  • liftgate service
  • crane service
  • additional labor or equipment

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • installation access
  • gate widths
  • stairways
  • clearance areas
  • electrical readiness
  • delivery site conditions

Additional fees may apply for difficult delivery situations.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • product size
  • shipping destination
  • weight
  • freight requirements
  • order value

Certain items may qualify for free shipping promotions within the continental United States.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • remote areas
  • expedited shipping
  • oversized freight items

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

Red Rock Spas is not responsible for delays outside our control.


6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available once an order ships.

Some freight or manufacturer-direct shipments may require manual scheduling and may not include standard tracking updates.


7. Shipping Damage & Inspection

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If damage is noticed:

  • note the damage with the delivery driver
  • take clear photos
  • retain packaging materials
  • contact Red Rock Spas within 48 hours

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect eligibility for freight claims or replacement assistance.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Red Rock Spas is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.

Customers should ensure:

  • secure delivery locations
  • accurate shipping addresses
  • availability during delivery windows

9. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

  • returned shipments
  • address corrections
  • reshipment requests

11. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at select Red Rock Spas locations.
